Great team my cat's, Veterinarian is Tracey.nShe is extremely, patient with him and especially me.nNoodles my cat will,be having surgery on May twenty third.nI'm very nervous but, when I told it.nWould be done,by Dr Mark I feel better.nHe has a great, reputation he has been a veterinarian.nFor a long time, I've met him a few times.nNoodles is thirteen,has never had any major health issues.nI realize this sounds,dumb but I know how.nParents feel when,there human Babys are sick.nI've been to many, veterinarian Hospitals.nBut I can truthfully,say WCAH is mine and Noodles favorite.

We just had occasion to deal with the rapid deterioration of our daughter's dog while she was overseas. The staff were extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The vets, particularly Dr Morgan, were very professional and caring. She did a good job of diagnosis and presenting the prognosis so that we understood the gravity but were not pressured into what may have been her professional recommendation, It was an end of life situation for a geriatric dog and was well handled. I also thought their fees were very reasonable. Pet owners facing situations for the first time may be shocked at the cost of care, but here there is really value for money.

Sadly I had to say goodbye to my sweet pup a short time ago. While it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, Dr. Mark and his team handled the whole experience with a great deal of care and compassion. I recognize how easy it would be for staff to become desensitized to these situations so I very much appreciate the level of sensitivity the whole team showed throughout the process.

Always very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient and never tries to upsell you. I feel they have my pets health as their main priority. I have had to have previous fur babies cross the rainbow bridge and even during those difficult times, they have cared deeply for each of them and the feelings of my family.

My fur baby, passed on Tuesday morning.nDr Mark and his, team not only taking care of Noodles.nBut taking care of,me I was a total mess.nNoodles was my family,the only living family I had.nThe great people at, WCAH have called or texted.nEvery day since, Tuesday morning how am I.nHow do you,feel we are here for you.nI've been to many, vets in Ottawa.nBut WCAH is The, the whole package.nThey do everything,most importantly they CarFor your pet,and you and your familynNoodles will be cremated,put in a very cute urn.nAnd have his, paw print in ceramic I get to choose.nBy the way Noodles,is a beautiful tabby/Main coon.nHe would have been, fourteen years old.nPlease take care of,your fur babies check ups shots etc.nRIP Noodles
