I wanted to write a very late review for Dr. Jenn Hubbard, who helped us and our dog Jasmine through her final months. Dr. Jenn was always available for us, was extremely compassionate, and never pressured us for any decision. She really cared about our dog above anything and was honest throughout the whole process and every appointment. I am really grateful she helped us and Jasmine, it made an extremely difficult process a bit easier knowing she was supporting us. Thank you!nnI want to also thank Dr. Cochran for being available for any other concerns we had.

Exceptional! I start with West Carleton Animal Hospital being new client. We find the hospital is very clean, the staff is very helpful, professional and welcoming. We met Dr. Asmat Khan who did our two cats annual check up. Dr. Khan thoroughly checked each cat with different temperament and was very patient and professional with great knowledge. Dr khan explained all our questions and provide suggestions to keep our loving cats healthy and playful. Thank you West Carleton Animal hospital for having a knowledgeable professionals who make a huge difference in others lives. Thank you Dr. Asmat Khan for your exceptional care. Now we know where to bring our cats for excellent care.

After calling nearly 10 different clinics across the city, we chose West Carleton Animal Hospital because of their competitive and honest pricing, but we stayed because of the exceptional care we experienced.nnOur dog needed X-rays and eventually a toe amputation. Their team supported not just our dog but us as well, walking us through every step with compassion, transparency, and patience. Thank you to Avery, Ashley, Angela and Dr. Cochran!nnThey don’t price gouge or push unnecessary treatments. Their focus is truly on the well-being of the animals they treat, and it shows in every interaction.nnIt turned out we didn’t even need to drive that far, but honestly, it would have been worth it if we had. For anyone else in the city looking for a vet that truly cares, this is the place. We’re so grateful we found them.

Exceptional! Dr. Wong recently did our senior dog's annual check up and was exceedingly kind and patient with our nervous old girl. Dr. Wong took the time to answer our questions and never seemed rushed while explaining everything about the dental work our dog needed. We also received a detailed estimate of the dental work that helped us understand the process and cost which was very reasonable.nnThis past week we returned for her dental procedure performed by Dr. Cochran and the experience was also excellent. We received lots of detailed information from RVT Ashley before and during our dog's procedure, and even got photo updates after her surgery was complete and she was awake and ready to be picked up. Thank you to everyone at WCAH for your kindness, patience, and care. I would highly recommend the trip to Carp for their service!

Great team my cat's, Veterinarian is Tracey.nShe is extremely, patient with him and especially me.nNoodles my cat will,be having surgery on May twenty third.nI'm very nervous but, when I told it.nWould be done,by Dr Mark I feel better.nHe has a great, reputation he has been a veterinarian.nFor a long time, I've met him a few times.nNoodles is thirteen,has never had any major health issues.nI realize this sounds,dumb but I know how.nParents feel when,there human Babys are sick.nI've been to many, veterinarian Hospitals.nBut I can truthfully,say WCAH is mine and Noodles favorite.
