Lovely compassionate staff.nI am so happy my friend a fellow dog owner told me about this place. I could not get an appointment with the Dr I was recommended, but was delighted withnDr Emma Dans who did my precious pups well puppy checkup and vaccines.nThe pups loved her!

I have followed my favourite veterinarian Dr Szyngle to the Mississippi Mills animal hospital from Ottawa. Is he has provided exceptional care to my Ragdoll cat Frances who lived to be almost 19nnI her last years she was seen more often and the end of her life the care was compassionate and very sensitive.nnI did get another kitten about 9 months later and I have been really happy with her care as well. It has been a long time since I have had a such a lively young kitten. Now already 3. Pet insurance was recommended but not aggressively pushed. Looking back it would have been a good idea to have insurance with my former pet. But I did enrol my current Ragdoll in a pet insurance plan. It alleviates any worries should there be any life altering illnesses that may arise.nThe team at Mississippi Mills are obviously all devoted animal care professionals from front line staff to vet technicians to veterinary doctors.nThey follow up with you after you have been seen for any concerns about your pet.nI would recommend this clinic/ hospital to any pet owner looking for a reliable, accessible and friendly veterinary care. They make you feel at ease and your questions are always addressed.

MMAH has looked after all my dogs and a couple of cats since they opened. They have always been wonderful, caught things early, and done excellent jobs when it is time to say goodbye to a pet. All my dogs love going there, eager to get through the door and say hi to everyone. You really could not get better care!

Their exotic vet specialist looked at our sick rabbit. He was so thorough and we could see he has a true love for animals and to provide them with what they need. He allowed us to bring our pet right away as she was in an urgent need for help and we left feeling confident that she was in the best hands. He saved her and we as a family are grateful for the care he and his team provided. We wish there were more vets like him.
