My previous experiences with Parkedale were fantastic however, my first one at Island City identified opportunities for improvement. I did review my experience with the Manager and she indicated that they will make changes on how they will handle future situations to what I experienced. 6 months later I followed up with her and I was very pleased with the conversation, and the efforts the clinic made address the experience I had. I hope my future experiences will reflect these changes with my new fur-ball  Peanut.

We've taken our fur babies here for over 12 years and they've always had excellent care. Dr Kellie has went above and beyond for our family many times and is one of the most compassionate people I know

My grandfather has a 16 year old pup who for the past couple days has been doing very poor after trying multiple locations to get her looked at and them all being to busy to see her anytime before the next coming weeks hoped they would atleast take a look at her but said they were not taking any new patients. I thought this was an “Animal HOSPITAL”. Very disappointing.

The staff at Island City Animal Hospital have always been amazing with my dog, Hank. He loves going there because he gets spoiled. I love going there because they treat him well and don't try to upsell.

I was very impressed with the standard of care, professionalism, and value. It was my first time taking a pet there, and I was happy I did. #theylovemydog

Very comparing and compassionate.  I came to them as the after hours clinic when our regular Animal Hospital wasn't open when one of our dog's wa dying.  They also followed up with us a couple of times and sent a sympathy card.

Kellie stein was so excellent. She try help our lucky boy.  Our lucky boy passed away it was so sad.  She was very good with us what to do with lucky. I would take my pet there again if they were sick.

Best Clinic ever!  The staff is amazing, Tanya is always able to solve any tough situations that arise!

Polite, friendly and professional staff.  They don't push unnecessary vaccinations or other overly done meds/procedures etc.  Took the time with both my dogs different appointments and Dr. Kellie who's an awesome vet!! gave them quite thorough exams.   Very reasonable prices as well.  Really pleased with my switching over from the vets in the States.  Happy to know that Vari is now part of the team!!:.  Nice waiting area as well.

All the staff are very professional while also showing such caring and compassion. Dr. Kellie is such a great vet, always knew our Blizzard was in great hands!
