I've used Craig for myself, as well I send him a lot of my clients and you could say we are business "partners" as we work together a lot to give our clients the best care possible. In particular I like Craig's approach to how he deals with clients I send him, especially the open communication we have before and afterwards.

We send a lot of our clients to WePhysio, and our clients only say great things. We will continue to send our clients and refer people to WePhysio.

I had two hip surgeries done, thought that it was going be pretty boring physio. Craig was able to get me ahead of supposely recovery time and back to work in four weeks. He pushed me right up to the edge, just when I thought that I couldn't do more. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would say hands down, a great experience. Five star!

I have now gone to see Craig numerous times for a variety of inguries and I cannot believe how good this guy is. Out of the 7 physiotherapists I've seen in my life his approach and knowledge have proven to be unmatched. Really is the best. If you are debating who to go see, please take my word and go see him. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Meagan Schirrmacher, Administrative Assistant was really rude, She is definitely not a good representation of the office. When I went to the counter to let her know that I have arrived for my appointment she just flat out ignored me, did not say hi or smile. She is just rude. Being a receptionist, like many other service jobs, is a job where it is important to be friendly and approachable and sympathetic. You have to be able to be thick-skinned, and make it about the customer, rather than about yourself. You are the first and last face that customers see. You represent the company you work for, and your attitude directly effects the customer base and profitability of the company. Her attitude is completely inappropriate for her position, and management should be notified. Don't think of it as getting her in trouble so much as letting mgmt know that she doesn't appear to be right for the job they hired her for. I don't want to disclose myself, I'm still taking physiotherapy in your office, I'm not happy with Assistant at all. Thank you.
