Nadia is a wonderful physiotherapist, she was so helpful and so kind! She really knows her stuff and has a great way of communicating to make sure we were on the same page. I always felt that she had my comfort as a top priority, which really helped to put me at ease during appointments, and she had some great insights that helped me make huge progress on my physio goals faster than I had even expected--it was like she helped everything just click into place both mentally and physically. The rest of the staff is really friendly and just lovely to interact with as well! Their communicate-by-text option to help set up and confirm appointments is so brilliant and really took a weight off my shoulders. I appreciated their masking and sanitization policies a lot too, I felt really happy to be there knowing that everyone there was committed to the health and safety of everyone that comes through their doors.
Definitely a good experience. The clinic came highly recommended by many people I knew and it did not disappoint. Nadia always made me feel comfortable and listened to. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The homework was helpful and never overwhelming 3 exercises max, and came with clear e-mailed instructions for reference. There was a wait, but still much faster than waiting for publicly funded services. Would recommend for pregnancy/postpartum.
I am so thankful that my Physician recommended Cura Physical Therapies for help with pelvic floor physio. Nadia Keshwani was extremely helpful in providing the resources needed. She was very informative, professional and encouraging. I would highly recommend her for this type of help. I was also pleased with the administrative staff. They worked hard to help find appointments and not once did I sit in a waiting room. It was refreshing being in a health related office that ran so efficiently.
Had a great experience here with Brianna as my physiotherapist! She was very attentive, asked good prompting questions, and provided a series of exercises as homework, ensuring they were being done correctly. Prior to any exam/assessment, she always communicated with me what she was doing and how she would be touching me. I found Brianna to be very thorough and professional, and would 100% recommend her for women's health issues! Thanks Brianna!
This is my third time using Cura for physiotherapy. Each and every time the therapists have worked absolute wonders! Brianna was my PT and was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very understanding, knowledgeable, and a delight to talk to every time. It made the treatment that much easier to work through and get to the point where I “graduated” from treatment. I will go back here anytime I need physio in the future. And I recommend it to anyone else seeking physiotherapy.
Every aspect of my experience with Cura has been phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with Nadia, she took the time to understand my pelvic pain/issues and found solutions that were beneficial for both my short and long term goals. Nadia is one of the only medical professionals I have seen that ensured my concerns were heard and my feelings valid, which was very much appreciated.
Brianna is an amazing physiotherapist and the staff at the front desk are so welcoming! I have had what I thought was an overactive bladder for many years. I took expensive medication every day for the last 10 years. Turns out I just had weak pelvic floor muscles! After just a few sessions and doing my "homework " in between appointments, I am now medication free and can go for hours without worrying about where the next bathroom is! Brianna always ensured I was comfortable before doing her assessment at each appointment and my homework was laid out very clearly. If you need pelvic floor physio, I highly recommend Brianna at CURA. Oh and the graduation gift was a nice surprise! Thank you Brianna!
This place is a game-changer. I'd been to multiple physios and doctors to try to find relief from my chronic back pain, but hadn't found anything that helped. Then I met Tanya, one of the amazing physios from Cura. She was compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. Her many areas of expertise brought about significant changes in my health. I can't thank her enough!
I have been going for Physio and Brianne has been so helpful. She is patient, professional and has a great “bedside” manner. They’ve recently added a massage therapist to their offerings and Meriam was phenomenal. I had no idea I had SO many tense spots and she took such good care of me! This place is just awesome!
I have been a client at Cura Physical Therapies for over 20 years. I have been treated by Tanya, Loreen, Mary and Sheena. Even though Cura is not my exclusive health care provider, I keep Cura on my list of go to clinics and they provide much of my care. I like their private treatment rooms and one-on-one care delivered in half hour time blocks. Most importantly Cura staff are experienced, knowledgeable, competent and caring who work collaboratively and communicate with each other to make sure my health concerns are addressed. Last year I used Tanya to help recover from mild concussion symptoms suffered from hitting my head when I was shoveling my icy walkway. Loreen treated me for my neck and shoulder pain. Thanks Tanya and Loreen for helping me get back on my feet.
