This has been my goto for physical therapy since 2019 & it’s been the best choice of my life. Sam has helped me before and after I had surgery. During my recovery, he has helped me maintain pain, but also gives you a ton of knowledge on your injury. Also, the staff are very friendly and let me use the exercise equipment.
This review is for Kerra as well as the front desk ladies! I have been seeing Kerra since August 2022 for concussion related injuries. I followed her from her old clinic that she worked at and I am so thankful that I was recommended to her. She truly cares about your well being and wants to see you get better and you can tell she loves the work that she does. She is so easy to talk to and I felt at home at this clinic. To top it off the ladies at the front desk are so friendly and understanding which makes your experience there even better! I would recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about you! I am moving to another program in the next phase of my healing and am sad to leave Kerra but I am so thankful for everything she has done for me and for the level of care she put into my recovery and well being.
My physiotherapist Sam has been detrimental in my healing from a car accident in the fall. He truly has the best interest of his patients at heart and does what he can to help lessen the pain. His friendly demeanour makes the days when it’s more painful a lot easier to handle. I can’t thank him and all the accommodating front staff enough.
I was dealing with a knee ache for years and tight back muscles for more than a year. I felt my knee is improving after doing Kerra's recommended exercises. My backache is really better as well. Kerra was very thorough with me and explained any questions I had. She is a very professional and attentive therapist. I will regularly be seeing her for my future treatments. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Kerra and Academy Place.
Sam therapist was knowledgeable and helped with my knee. I can recommend this physiotherapy clinic. They will give info on the phone about who to call in AHS for therapy access.
Professional. Knowledgeable. Care. Friendly. Clean. These are some of the words I think of when I think of my experience at Lifemark so far. Cara has a wealth of knowledge and I feel like I am in the best hands. Thank you to her and team for taking great care of me!
My therapy session with Kerra Quinn, was nothing short of amazing. She was very patient and knowledgeable in every area of the body. Highly recommend going for any injuries.
This is a 5 star rating because Kerra is a Rockstar of a physiotherapist. Her vast knowledge has helped my aging broken military body deal with so many injuries. I would highly recommend any clinic she is at because she definitely has the knowledge to share. Thanks Kerra for everything.
Followed Kerra Quinn here for ongoing physio treatment. The location has friendly and helpful staff. They always get my billing right, plus super accommodating for rescheduling and urgent appointments when I occasionally need help with that too.
My boss referred me here after I injured my shoulder skiing, and I was very pleased with the service! Gabrielle was professional and knowledgeable, and put together a plan to gradually heal my rotator cuff. Couldn't have asked for a better physio experience!
