This clinic and the therapists here have helped me over the last few years recover from various sports injuries, including my shoulder, low back, neck and elbow. This review is long overdue as I am always amazed by the level of professionalism and the significant amount of support I get from them regarding my injuries. They are very thorough with their assessments and ensure I always have “homework” to do at home so I can continue to improve my mobility or strength. I cannot say enough good things about the therapists here-if you are looking for friendly individuals, with very comprehensive working knowledge of physiotherapy or massage-this is your place!

After not being satisfied with my physiotherapy experience at another clinic, a friend referred me to Optimize. Immediately, the difference was apparent: professionalism, work ethic, commitment to clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, from the moment you step through the doors and are greeted by administrative staff. Aaron, the PT I've been working with, is genuine and takes the time to explain my injuries and through his plan, has helped me make incredible strides towards healing. I've not felt neglected or forgotten; everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and sincere. I would recommend Optimize to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

Aaron was able to accurately determine the cause of my shoulder and knee pain at the initial assessment. He gave me new exercises to perform during and after each visit. I was diligent in performing the exercises. After three weeks, I am back to participating in sports again.

Been going here for lower back problems. Haven't had a chance to go back in a couple of weeks due to medical stuff but I can't wait to be back. They have helped me a lot with my pain management.

This place has been the best physio ive received in Edmonton. Had a very stubborn elbow injury but got the help needed to get me back to pain free
