Professional, knowledgeable, warm, and holistic--I really value the expertise, friendly atmosphere, and good support I found here. I enthusiastically recommend Jade (who is my physiotherapist), though from what I have observed the other staff are equally effective and nice to deal with. I had a ligament tear that was painful and scary, and the team there was so clear and encouraging and I really believe that my good progress has a lot to do with the great treatment and advice I'm getting. I will be highly recommending this clinic to anyone I meet who is looking for a physiotherapist.

If you are in Edmonton and you have any pain at all, you owe it to yourself to come see Adam. If you have ever been put off of physiotherapy because of inattentive service or guesswork, you will be blown away. Adam and his staff are very understanding, caring and friendly. They will work with you to ascertain what is causing your issues. Practical mechanical work and techniques are utilized to relieve pain and get you on a path to healing. I can't say enough about Integral. They have been working with me for a few months, and I feel better than I have for at least a decade. I have tried physio, massage and deep tissue, chiropractors, physical training, rest and whatever else I could. Adam is the only one who has been able to find the issues and get down to solving them and training me to execute proper movements/mechanics so that I can live again! Seriously...check them out.

Been do a different physio office in the past and it was pretty meh and felt kind of better, but they didnt address the root problems. I started seeing Adam about a month ago and even after my first assessment + treatment I felt a world of difference. 1 month later, I haven't felt this good in a very long time. Adam and the staff here really will take the time to fix your root issues and help you move properly again. Also Benny's greetings every time I enter make my day. 10/10 go to this clinic.

I'd never been to physiotherapy before seeing Jade, but I'm glad I went. She's been a massive help in recovering from a shoulder injury. Jade was always very positive and knowledgeable, and provided me with both IMS and exercises that helped greatly reduced my recovery time and were tailored to my specific injury and sport. The support staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I'll be going back whenever I have the need!

Everyone is always friendly, up beat and laid back. The service goes above and beyond from what I've experienced at other clinics. Would definitely Integral to anyone I know. I saw Adam, and he was awesome.
