Wentworth Music

I have a great experience every time I visit Wentworth. Sales staff are friendly, patient and informative...answering my questions and more importantly (to me) saying so when they don't know the answer and then we figure it out together. I always appreciate that approach. They may not always be able to match the lowest possible price found on the internet, but I always feel I have received the best deal for what I'm after at a very competitive price. And where its possible, for instance on a couple of beautiful older stock guitars that needed to move on and make room for something new, I have received an amazing deal. I've been taking lessons for a couple of years now and feel the method and approach fits my needs perfectly. Moving from just learning songs, to adding some theory when I'm ready for it. Patience and flexibility make my weekly lesson enjoyable....something I look forward to. Service, when needed, has been exemplary as well. My instruments are taken care of as if they were their own. I feel that any concerns I have with current playability are listened to and recommendations for resolving my concern are considered and relevant to my skill level. Not just the 'standard' fix. This really feels like a family run business, with people that care about me and that they are making an investment in my musical future.

I ONLY trust Nori and the Wentworth team for all my DJ and music equipment needs. The peace of mind is incredible knowing that i can get my gear fixed or a quick replacement so I am never stuck for a gig... like finding a good mechanic or doctor that you trust, Wentworth is a gem! It's easy to say that Wentworth music is the best music store in town, when there aren't alot of other options. Wentworth music is the best music shop ive been to in BC. Great staff, great selection, repair shop is on point and the lessons are fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Website needs some serious upgrades. Like, get with the times! Y'all could learn a thing or two by checking out Keystone Music's site because that's where I'm going because of some simple marketing techniques like a quality website. Good luck!!
