I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich without tomatoes through Uber Eats and specifically requested no tomatoes. Both sandwiches arrived with tomatoes, even though I’m allergic to them. I was already on my way somewhere and couldn’t return them. Really disappointed—this kind of mistake shouldn’t happen, especially when allergies are involved.

Pretty good location usually have order ready quick and they make it right.nIf you look at fast food chains, this is as good as it gets I guess pretty clean dining room as well .nAgain, that’s my opinion and review.

This is my favourite location.nnI don't know how or why, but the Frostys and fries are better here than at any other location!nnPlease do yourself a favour, and try the Cheese Fries!!

My lord. 8 people working. No one is taking orders for those eating in. Tney got my order wrong 5 times when they did take my order. People talk about the prices but 8 people are working and we waited so long just to order and even longer to get the right food. Pretty sad.

Found a long piece of hair in my burger. Completely unacceptable. I went inside to ask for a refund and the manager told the staff to just give me a medium fry. That was their idea of resolving the issue after serving contaminated food.nnI had to ask multiple times before they finally agreed to refund me. Even then, the refund was a dollar short and the manager kept making excuse after excuse instead of taking responsibility.nnTo make things worse, several staff were not wearing hairnets. I saw employees touching cash, machines, and their phones, then immediately handling food with no sign of them washing their hands. The lack of basic hygiene and care for food safety is disturbing.nnThis location has no regard for customer safety or cleanliness and has completely lost my business.
