BEST BEST BEST Indian food around. We just moved to Hamilton, but I was already familiar with Shehnai. I wanted my British husband to try it because he loves Indian food. We ordered about a month ago and we were not disappointed. Best chicken dansak I've ever had. I made the mistake of ordering elsewhere and I threw it out...absolute garbage compared to Shehnai!

When did Shehnai get so slow? We used to get food in about 40 minutes. Our last two orders took well over 75! No wait... our current order is now coming up on 2 hours! What happened? Who’s in charge? There’s no way the kitchen is this slow. We sure hope it’s hot this time; it wasn’t last time. Update! It arrived... cold. Sorry, I think this might be the last time for a while. Please get organized!

Five stars for butter chicken and rice, very good deal for all-you-can-eat lunch. Servers are very nice. Got both all-you-can-eat lunch and one take out butter chicken, the butter chicken taste even better after one night in refrigerator

Very flavourful,.high quality authentic Indian dishes. Kind and accommodating wait staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Also fantastic for takeout.

Food is not the best nor the worst. The customer service by the waitress is a joke. She doesn't welcome people, doesn't greet and don't even ask "how are you" to customers. If you thank to her for serving water she dont even say welcome back. She don't seem to care at all about customer service.
