Caribbean Flavah - Jamaican | Caribbean Food Hamilton

I was there Today April 23/2018. If I am paying so much $ for food I expect to get what I paid for. He took my order, look really confused. Then 10 minutes later says they are closing and have to give me the food to go. Why not say that before u took my order and ask if it's for here or to go? The stew chicken was gross, I make way better oxtail. They wanted to charge me $14 for 1 piece of Jerk chicken. What a joke. I will never go back here or recommend this place. Customer service goes a long way. If your service and food is bad you have no business being in business.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service on April,13,2018 at 9:00 PM they gave me the wrong food I asked for a large oxtail with rice and peas but instead they gave me this nasty stew chicken I will never go back there. The guy was so unprofessional. The same day I called to speak to the manger the guy that served me he said there is no manger I said to the guy u gave me stew chicken instead of oxtail you charged for a large oxtail and gave me your nasty stew chicken he then said that we are not in the business of ripping off people and said I bring the food back tomorrow like what type of customer service is that this place is garbage I will never go back there you can’t just give a customer whatever you feel like to give them he just made me feel like I was lying I don’t have no time to lie

I had the jerk pork and rice and peas the pork was incredibly dry although awesome flavour profile. Now i did order at the end of the night so maybe thats the reason for the dry pork Rice and peas and coleslaw were on point very delicious overall not a terrible experience I think i would give it another go and perhaps try something else on the menu

My first time and I am already planning to visit it again. I ordered the oxtail and my wife had jerk chicken. I tasted hers and she tasted mine and it was really delicious. The service was outstanding, very nice lady and the chef also a nice gentleman.
