KFC

Went at 9pm tonight. The two "young ladies" were rude as hell taking the order and very unprofessional calling my gf "bruh" at the window. Got home and 1 order had the wrong side, no biggie. We both bite into our drumsticks and they're raw by the bones. We drive back and the manager already has an attitude before we can even tell her the issue. She takes our order and asks us to pull up and wait by the trashcan. After coming out to tell us they had no more crispy, we edited our order to original, and switch the fries for slaw and smashed potatoes. They Bring it out after 10 more minutes and we head home after looking it over. We get home a rip the thighs open and IT'S BLEEDING. They should have left this KFC unassembled because nobody wants your MEDIUM RARE CHICKEN

Got here just before closing after driving 10 hours. I get it you want to go home. Ordered by food, that went fine. The practically kicked us out as soon as the handed us the food. I couldn't even check it. Got to my hotel and half the order was missing for three people. So we had to divide it up and make due. The food we got was good quality but half was gone.

The food wasn’t bad. The service was the absolute WORST service I have ever in my life seen. None of the tables were even slightly clean. The girl running the register had an attitude and talked so low that you could barely hear anything she said. She also moped around like she absolutely had nothing to do. They had a whole group of their friends come in and get free food before anyone that had paid for their food. None of them had any kind of clothing or name tag on that indicated they even worked here. Their sodas were all out of syrup. It was just all over the place and no one was helpful.

As a truck driver and I parked the truck at TA and walkedoverthere they have Popeyes. It's one of the best KFC I have ever been to... the place is clean, the restrooms are amazing and have a nice fragrance, and the food is perfectly cooked. The crew are awesome, especially Mr Larry or Barry he is self-motivated and great with the kids and very helpful.... GREAT JOB LADIES AND GENTLEMEN KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Had to repeat our order 3 times cause the girl said she was having a bad day and couldn't hear good.we asked her all 3 times for ranch dressing with our chicken strips. Never once were we told they were out of ranch get to the window and pay and get out food and ask for ranch again after 2 times of asking we were told they were out of ranch dressing. My husband got a drink shoved out the window with no straw to drink ot with and the girl rolling her eyes at him never asked if we would like another kind of dipping sauce for our chicken

Staff definitely has nothing but disrespect for the general public/ customers. Staff was arguing amongst each other. Food was cold and took forever. Large fry had 14 fries in it, yes I counted. Sadly I will not be coming back to the particular restaurant until they hire a manager worth a while.

Nicest KFC I’ve ever been to. Cashier male was extremely helpful and meticulous. Food was great too! Great lunch experience.

Lady at drive through was ok , but my chicken was very very greasy. So much grease that the grease was all inside the bucket and dripping off the skin while trying to eat. Half of the skin not even on chicken just laying in the bucket. I was so disappointed.

New KFC, first time was great second time was awful. Everyone was very rude, they forgot my fries and then we had to wait ten minutes for the fries. Also there was hair in my famous bowl. Very disappointed.
