First off the cashier there was helpful and had great service. That's why I gave this place 3 stars. I dined in and sat in one of the booths. The booth wasn't secured properly and it felt like sitting on a see saw. I got nachos and it tasted a bit burnt but they replaced it for me, which was the great service part. I bit into my taco and there was a very small layer of beef. I've been to taco bell many times, but this is the least meat I've ever had in my taco. Literally a finger of beef. I also order some tenders and it was super salty. I will definitely reconsider going to this location in the future. Parking: Free parking, lots of spaces.
Tried going though the drive thru first. There was no line and no cars parked outside. The lady taking our order was clearly distracted. Every time we spoke there would be no response from her and when she did respond she would ask us to repeat our order. After nearly 5 minutes of trying to place our order we got frustrated and decided to park and go inside. To our surprise they weren’t busy. No online orders they were all hanging out sitting around. The lady wearing the headset was NOT busy just hanging out. We ordered our food and i went to go fill up my drink. Everything was out of order. So I tried pressing Pepsi which was not marked as out of order. The machine sprayed me because the Pepsi was out. I went and told the cashier if I could just get a bottle of Pepsi because the machine is clearly not working properly. She responded with saying it was 2 dollars extra. So I asked if she could just fill it with the soda machine behind the counter. She groaned and proceeded to fill my drink. We finally get our orders and the order was wrong. We told her it was wrong and she said no. we showed her the receipt and she grabbed the food that was prepared and bagged out of the bag and put it where the food prep station was. Working in the food service industry that’s not proper food handling etiquette. On top of all of this the Pepsi was still not carbonated and the boxed order was not boxed. They have been out of hot sauce packets for a month. At the end of all of that the food was cold. The soft tacos were stale and the fries were cold. AND the spicy box tacos I ordered were just REGULAR tacos. I’ve never in my life experienced this before EVER. Added photos of the machine and the employees sitting and chatting.
No beef ready. Ok, ordered steak burrito instead. Pepsi flat, asked for exchange, got flat root beer. Asked for hot sauce, none available no mild, hot, nor fire. Ordered at 830pm restaurant closes at 11pm, not like it was close to closing. Wasted $15. Will not go back.
Worst Taco Bell and fast food joint I have visited. Come here if you want to deal with the worst customer service and imperfection at its finest. Tldr incompetent staff, slow workers led by a manager with attitude problems he uses to gaslight victimized customers. The manager had a terrible attitude and tells customers to deal with it instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, the slowest moving work force is preparing orders, the front line workers do not pay attention to customers waiting, and combined work ethic compiled a huge group of Uber workers, mobile order customers, and regular order customers by the waiting area. I ordered ahead at 2:15 for 2:45, I arrived at 2:45 and waited until 3:15. During this, the manager turned me away 3 times to wait a couple more minutes when I asked for my "ready" pre-ordered food. During this time, there was another group of customers that were complaining to the manager who then gaslit and fought the customers back instead of helping resolve concerns. After the 30 minute wait, I asked him again and he began punching my order into the machine, making me realize that my order was ignored the entire time until he felt he was ready to take my request. He blamed the online ordering system and asked another employee to deal with my request after I insisted for a refund instead of potentially waiting another half hour. As I was leaving, I told the manager that he needs to improve the customer service, and he began making excuses that they are only 3 workers I saw at least 5 at the front and started attacking me back when I explained that this is not the customers' all 10 of them standing there issue to deal with. The manager needs to be replaced or this Taco Bell should be closed down.
If I can give zero, I will. The food is cold, the taco is less than half fill. The taco shell has the old unfresh taste. It is just disgusting. The fries supreme is just terrible. It is definitely not worth $24.Food: 1/5
Wouldn't call this a "fast food" spot - we made a mobile order and checked in upon arrival, and still had to wait another 30 min after one employee brushed us off numerous times before FINALLY entering our order in. One employee was extremely abrasive and didn't really give any customer the time of day before letting us know it's our fault that the order took so long??? A few other mobile order customers complained of the exact same thing, but when they did receive their food it was cold. We ended up getting a refund for our waste of time, but this location seriously needs to step up their game. One employee in red was at least helpful to us, so thank you to them.
It was pretty bad when I went. I get it, it's a fast food franchise, what am I supposed to expect. Ordered 4 tacos for the kids and we waited roughly 18 minutes for our order. No line up, no one in drive thru. We did notice that all of the employees were just sitting around on boxes chatting with each other. I'm guessing the beef wasn't ready but they could've mentioned how long the wait would have been. So if you're craving Taco Bell... just don't go to this one it's actually pretty bad.
I have been enjoying Taco Bell for decades and this location by far is the ultimate worst. The tacos and fries were cold and tasted stale. The cinnamon twists were bitter like they used old batter. I complained to the staff and they didnt do anything about it or even apologize. The restaurant was also a bit dirty and the garbage bins were overflowing. I was sorry I came here with my daughter.
Avoid this location at all costs, like other reviewers say it was bad! Employees put chairs in front of the door to discourage ppl from coming in. They even told others to go through the drive through. Guy in front of me was told there was no more coleslaw but when he insisted he wanted coleslaw the employee went and opened a brand new bag! So they had it but didn't want to serve it! Our fries were old and dry. Chicken too. Will never come here again!
Worse Taco Bell in the greater Toronto area...Taco Bell located at 1070 Major Mackenzie Drive East, Richmond Hill, Ontario. This place is staffed by teenagers with what appears to be no adult supervision. Food is prepared and handled without gloves...the restaurant is filthy...and the service is slow. The staff is also very rude and ignorant. Especially the girl operating the cash register. If you want to wait a long time for your order to be taken...be treated rudely...and get food poisoning this is your place. Want to visit a 3rd world country...go to this Taco Bell.
