Was here a little while ago. Friendly staff and pretty good food. Had the wild salmon wrap as well as the mac and cheese. The wrap was not bad but, could have used more sauce for the salmon. Good chunks of salmon and fresh veggies makes for a good wrap. The mac and cheese I think was lacking a little in cheese. Only had melted cheese on top so the bottom was like bland pasta. Overall not too bad.
There's only like 6 tables to sit around to eat so don't expect to get seated. We've ordered take-out from them before and I've remembered I enjoyed their summer options. But I wasn't impressed with the salmon fettuccine I ordered this time since there were small bits of salmon and 3 pieces of shrimp. The carrot cake was too sweet for my liking after a few bites. I enjoyed the double chocolate mousse though.
Amazing quality. Quality surpassed many other brunch restaurants. For those in the Vancouver area looking to brunch/punch, I'd recommend to drive 30 minutes to here instead of eating overpriced food in the Metrotown or downtown area. Plus, you can enjoy the clean air and visit many small businesses in the area.Food: 5/5
Visited here for a brunch in Summer. Nice place to have a brunch after a tiring walk at Fort Langley trial. Friendly staff , maintained COVID restrictions. Outdoor Patio with enough seatings. Tasty and Reasonably priced. Good choice of desserts. The Cafe is adjacent to the railway track Support Local restaurants in these hard times. Parking : Enough Street parking is available on the other side of railway track
We went on a quite midweek evening for dinner. They were busy but not swamped. The option to order online while waiting at our table was great. Service was fairly quick and friendly. Pleasantly surprised that all the pasta dishes we ordered were comparable to fancy Italian restaurants. Prawns were done perfectly and great balance of flavors. Tiramisu is a must try. Everything we ordered was excellent. Parking can be a pain during busy times but that's just thr norm in that area.
The daily special, Cajun Prawn & Avocado Tacos are delish! Paired with Thai Coconut Chicken Soup just makes it heavenly. Staples like Mushroom Spinach Pesto Rigatoni is a must have. Latte is on the spot! NY Cheesecake is a pure delight! Loving the environment. I feel smarter just by eating here.
I really loved this place! The food: I ordered the thai coconut chicken soup, it was great and just the SLIGHTEST bit spicy; but it added to the flavour. I loved this soup and probably one of best soups I've had : I also got the carrot cake, I have to say that the first few bites were really good but got a bit too sweet after a few more bites. The environment: I went to get some work done, however, I went on a Sunday afternoon so it was really busy. The atmosphere was great however it was very loud and I couldn't really focus. Book store: I loved the way books were organized, the most popular books were placed more obviously in contrast to the less popular ones. I didnt buy any books but the book section of the cafe was cozy and quite aesthetic :
Great place in Fort Langley for couples, families, kids, etc. Amazing ambiance and even better food. My go to is the chocolate cake and carrot cake slices. Their coffee is good but nothing extraordinary. The staff there are always friendly, professional, and really cute. My only issue with the place is that the seating is extremely limited. Hence my review of the place not being 5 stars. If seating was better provided, totally a 5/5
Loved their pecan tart and quinoa coconut muffin. The lavender lemonade was fresh and refreshing. Staff were friendly and polite. The menu items looked great and all the items in the display counter looked amazing. Definitely going back for more
Ordered BLT sandwich and Chicken wrap with iced chai tea latte for late brunch. They were all great, fresh and flavorful
