Wells Fargo Bank

Told me it would take 7 business days to deposit a check into my own account when I have things to do, as well as bills to pay. Ridiculous...

This bank is ridiculous. What is the point of having a 24 hour ATM service when many times it doesn't work. Many times previously and today as well, I went to deposit money through ATM, and it is unavailable. Their Bankers are so desperate to get people to sign for credit cards even when you tell them no. Non of their Bankers or tellers pick up the phone. Why should people pay this bank monthly fee for poor service when there are banks like Tri City, TCF, and other, providing totally free banking and are open 7 days. Very poor, and don't even deserve one star.

I liquidated an investment account I had to pay for my daughter's school. I've been cashing these exact same checks here for years, they are written from a Wells Fargo account. I was told by a young man that looks like he's fresh out of high school that it was a "roll over" check and I had to put it back into an IRA. I can not cash it. I can not put it in an account that allows me access to the money. At that point I knew he didn't know squat. I told him it's not a roll over check. He then told me it's because my daughter isn't 21. That sounded like another excuse, and was exactly that. Not even close to the truth. This guy thought he knew more about the account the check came from than I do. After waiting for an hour and them refusing to allow me to speak to their supervisor or anyone else who makes decision on MY money, I left, called my investment guy who had the check sent to me and told him what happen. He confirmed that it isn't a roll over check, it's written the EXACT same way as the other checks I've cashed there through the years at that EXACT same location with no problems. I shouldn't have any problem cashing this check, either. We're very frustrated and now have to find an alternative way to cash this check. Very poor knowledge on the part of the staff, very poor customer service, very slow customer service. Very little care for the quality of the service. We now have to find another way to cash a check issued from their bank. I went to another bank, they confirmed it wasn't a "roll over" check and Wells Fargo should have cashed it because it's the kind of check you CAN cash. I will no longer go to Wells Fargo and I'm no longer doing business with anyone who uses that poor excuse for a bank.

👍👍 Everyone is always extremely polite and helpful as soon as you walk through the door. Michael Nembhard set my account up. He did it so Damn fast that I had 25 minutes left on my hour lunch break .

AWFUL! Zero stars if I could! THEY WOULDN'T LET ME DEPOSITE CASH! The week prior they wouldn't let me take out money, this place is AWFUL!!!!!!!! STACEY Suckdicks (she wouldn't spell her last name for me so I'm guessing, if you call the branch and press 3 you can listen to her phone ring since she never answers) is the Service Manager and she's awful! I'm switching back to USAA they know how to treat their customers. I never should have gone to Wells Fargo, My experiences in Colorado were not awful but here in Milwaukee they are rude and inconsiderate telling a women to go to their walk up ATM in the pooring down rain with her infant instead of just doing there job at the service Window! Stacey needs better service skills if she has the Sevice Manager title. I called there Corprate office and they said there was absolutley NO REASON THEY should3nt have been able to help me at the window! TWICE I have been late to work because of these people!!
