Chase Bank

My ID expired last month and they refused to accept my cash deposit. Chase credit card wasn't accepted as secondary and no consideration for my work or school ID. Unhelpful in every way and I won't ever use this branch again. Their discretion is NO. I've banked here 10 years and treated like a stranger and a criminal. The mobile app has a digital card! Be solutions oriented instead of gatekeeping.

They were very racist and treated me and my child as if we were trying to scam them with a tax check from the irs. I bank with you and she has a childs acoount and she earned her check and because we were black they wouldnt cash it i went to another chase bank they had no problem helping me deposit my daughter tax check into my account as her parent the lady went back there to the back as if she was about to call the cops asked her manager and the manager denied cashing my check as well.... ridiculous

They stop purchases you are trying to make. They stop you from sending money to actual family members. They can't help you in the bank. They never answer the phone. They messed up my checking account and it will take 10-30 days to fix it if I can get an appointment.

So I drove way out of my way to go to this chase ATM. There were no signs on the ATM saying they can't do withdrawals.... But if your machines don't work. Why aren't there signs saying so?
