Terrible customer service that makes you feel I welcomed. No coin machine either which I think is ridiculous for a well-known bank. Unimpressed.

I wouldn't even give this location a one star rating. I only go to this location because it is the closest branch to UWM. Worst place ever when it comes to customer service and cleanliness! I had to talk to a manager to get what I needed today and was told that I would have to make a second trip back to receive my order. Is it really that hard to order singles? Lesson learned, I should have listened to everyone and banked else where.
