I've been a summit credit union member for about 3 years now and I don't see myself switching. Best Customer service ever. Every time i go in i'm greeted by every worker. they actually care about you and your money, and what's best for you.

I have been a member for over a decade. Excellent service. Coin sorter machine in lobby.  Busy, BUSY, place. Plan on a long wait.

The staff was extremely courious and polite as I waited for my appointment. During the appointment, the loan officer was professional, polite, and very helpful in explaining the process as well as useful information pertaining to my situation. The whole experience was as good as an experience at a bank could be.
