Every time I go to this branch, I get immediate assistance. The staff is very knowledgeable. If I have to wait in line, that is because they are attending to a valued customer...and I appreciate the same attention. Great job Chase team!

They remove drive up banking which is fine by me, except the atms that have replaced tellers only work half the time! And the wait if you have to go in is insane!

When you walk in the bank they ask you very loudly what you are there for, way to set people up to be robbed outside their bank. Then if you want to use cash they have to see your id. Very disturbing policies
