Took a 6 year old and a 4 year old for their first time camping and stayed one night. The kids had a good time, even without a playground. There is a picnic table at each campsite and an in the ground fire pit, some of which have a slab of concrete around the pit. Bring your own wood! Wood is scarce in the park. Bathrooms have a flush toilet, bring some soap (as when we were there the dispenser was out--or you could probably ask the camp host to refill it, which we didn't do). Also, there is a place to park a car (some may fit 2 cars, but definitely no more than 2). Camp space size varies. They have a large site for big groups that they hold. We stayed Monday to Tuesday and were practically alone in the whole park; the camp host said the weekends get crazy and fill up quickly as it's a first come, first serve basis. It's super close to Causey Reservoir, less than 3 minutes away. We took up some kayaks and had a great time spending some time in the reservoir. $20 a day for less than 8 people.

I love this campground. It's owned by Weber county and the camp hosts are friendly and accommodating. They help keep the grounds clean and pristine.

We have our annual family reunion here every year! We love this campground. Great campsites, we love the lodge and right by the river for tubing.

Very nice campgrounds. Bathrooms had actually plumbing and a sink. You have to come pretty early to get a space, let alone a good one. Lots of RV pads. Lots of grass spots for tents.
