Bigelow Hotel and Residences, an Ascend Hotel Collection Member

Has neat ambience, the details in the lobby of the ceiling, stairs and carvings on the elevators are neat to see. Room is nice. Furniture is up to date. Downside is they have some renovations going on so I am not sure how much the sewage smell was from that. Parking is a little tricky. We made the mistake of booking through a third party and ended up with a room that wasn't large enough for our group, but the staff provided a cot to help us at no extra charge.

Fantastic staff. Great location - and a beautiful old fashioned hotel. The hosts in the lobby did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable. 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice staff. Good service. Had the wings, very good. Was going to order the Club, but no bacon. Most of the sandwiches here have bacon, yet the kitchen is out of bacon.

The service was amazing! She gave me a suite for almost 30 dollars off; I think because I had an off day. The parking kinda sucks, it is so small. I saw a sign for a second parking lot on a different street. The front entrance sucks also because it doesn't have a ramp. Just stairs to get to the front desk. The room was nice.

Recently renovated for the most part. Had a corner suite which was large and pretty much updated. was missing a drawer to the desk in the living area, when inquiring at the front desk that it was missing the reply was that yes some drawers were missing..?? two tv's in the room one in the living area and one in the bedroom was nice but the on screen guild and channels don't match which was weird and hard to determine what channels where what. large dorm type fridge and micro are great and the bathroom had a tub/shower combo that worked nicely. The biggest issue we had was with housekeeping, they came made the bed, emptied the very small trash cans and replaced towels. Empty coffee cups that would not fit into the trash were left behind and nothing was really wiped down or cleaned, we were there for 4 days and Im sure there was no vacuum used the whole time. But over all the front help was friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable... we will return on our next visit to Ogden.
