The campground itself is great but, the old guy that monitors it is rude and pretty full of himself. If you have any sort of ATV, forget about it. He'll hassle you and check up.on you the whole time you're there. When I was checking in and getting a spot, he had some tough guy stories about having confrontations with ATV owners in the campground. My RZR is street legal, registered and insured and he acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me drive it to my campsite.

This is a great campground! It has a variety of different types of campsites. It has sites that are tucked away and covered in trees and it has large open spaces that are great for letting your kids explore while still seeing them. We went early in the season, but the bathrooms actually smelt great for vault toilets. Later in the season that might change. So sites are close to the river if you enjoy hearing the river. The firepits and tables all seemed nice and well taken care of. Staff was friendly.

Well maintained sites. Beautiful, sound filled river running through it. Me and my boys enjoyed climbing the hills to get above the treeline. Good fishing. Would definitely stay agin.

Got here late on a Saturday night and was still able to get a spot. Not very expensive with friendly camp managers. I've camped here many times and will go there many more.
