Do NOT stay here!!!! This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. The bed spreads have burns and stains, the ac was falling apart, no refrigerator, towels are hard, no coffee pot, no iron, no shampoo and the most disgusting of them all...it's a ROACH MOTEL!!!! The rug in the hallway is disgusting, reeks of smoke and dog urine. Not to mention the questionable people in the rooms. I had to fight for a refund as the room was paid for 4 days in advance. Thankfully, I only had to endure 1 day in this hell hole. No need to respond, as all you do is send canned responses 😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢

The manager at this location was exceptional!!  I had left my beloved back scratcher in the bed as we hurried to leave.  I called, it was found & the manager sent it to me immediately.  Kudos to Michael.  
We always stay at Motel 6 since we have a dog & appreciate the no extra fee with her.  But Michael was so helpful we will stay again as we travel to/from Colorado.  Thank you!

The staff working at the  front desk was great. All three clerks I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and I think those people are the best feature of the hotel. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an other story. I have worked in a hotel myself and know how, for the sake of rentability, the housekeeping staff can be pushed to work always faster and faster, leading to a drop in cleanliness, not to the point to get hazardously unhealthy, but enough that you don't want to look at things too closely. When I got into my room, this is exactly what I recognized.
I will add to this that some things in the room could get renewed/fixed, such as the bedside lamp that wasn't working, or the dented toilet seat...
I was in room 207 and want to thank the employees for their work. General management/owner(s) need to step up their game though.

It's very cheap, so you should know going in to sacrifice normal amenities (i.e. no coffee or shampoo). But the room was clean, had a bed, a shower with soap, towels, and a TV with a decent selection of channels. The parking situation is a bit odd but their are enough spaces. 4/5 for what it is (which I feel is what it claims to be, simple and affordable).

Our experience was both good and bad. Making reservations was easy. I reserved 2 rooms, one handicapped access. When I received the email confirmation it showed only one room. Next day I called the hotel direct. They had the reservation but only for the one room. They added a 2nd and again confirmed one would be handicap. I was then attempting to get the new APP running on my phone and it just wouldn't work. I called support who helped and also looked up and confirmed my reservation(s) one handicap. When we arrived they said we had 2 rooms reserved but had no handicap room available. We insisted that we had been told otherwise, 3 times, and the general manager who was staying at the hotel that night kindly gave up the handicap room she was staying in (go figure). Other wise this a better hotel than some we have stayed in but definitely bare bones no thrills. Wood flooring in the rooms so no carpet to harbor smells or stains. A good thing. For us the location was very convenient to our daily destination up the canyon. The hotel sits on a busy street. Traffic is less at night but can could still hear the occasional car going by as well as anyone outside talking. Also, we clearly heard the room above us arrive around 2:00 in the morning. Much stomping. The elephant family as my wife put it. All in all it worked out good for us for a place to crash for 2 nights which is the only time we spent at the hotel. Oh! the electric sockets are a "loose" fit. Hard to get things to stay plugged in.
