I dare anyone to call and try to get a copy of their child immunization record I bet you a million dollars you won't get through. I'm trying to now I'm literally sitting in the office looking at the workers who say I should have called first this place is terrible I wish I could give them zero stars do not waist your time

Sometimes you just have to show up in person to find the answers you're looking for. I had excellent service while at the WCHD. Everyone was friendly and very, very busy. I received fast service for what I needed.

It's nearly impossible to schedule my child's shots, I've been trying for almost a week just to talk to a human!!

This is the worst place to ever have to deal with.  I've pressed every button throughout their automated system, and have yet to reach a human.  I'm disconnected every time no matter what menu you go for, nobody picks up the phone, and their voicemail system doesn't work so it just drops you.  I honestly feel bad for the people trying to use this public service, and feel worse for the tax payers that actually fund this joke of a public service.
