Western Wayne Family Health Centers

My girlfriend had a OBGYN doctor appointment on November the 16, and was called at the last minuet to get it rescheduled on another day. And the reason why was because the doctor wasn't in on the day of the appointment. Not to mention, this was my girlfriends first time for the appointment at this office. Also they are very rude on the phone, my girlfriend has also been hung up several times. When my girlfriend tried to schedule another appointment on the day she could make it, they said that there was no opening on the days she could make it. We both give them a negative 100 stars. No stars for them at all. Both Inkster and Lincoln Park locations, are very rude on the phone and in person. Giving wrong information to the people they are trying to help I guess. NO STARS FOR EITHER OF THEM! Very rude and un-professional for secretary's in those office's.

My son came as a walk-in emergency for the dentist & the wait wasn't long & they were very helpful. I am very pleased with the Inkster office. I will use them from now on.

IV called 11 time waited 1st in line on hold with no answer been trying to make an appointment for a week still no answer . My last visit was horrible .for x-rays and a referral I waited in the waiting room for and hour and a half the only patient . The dentist lady was rude and snippy and the reception staff where doing more socializing than servicing patient's . And again 11th call no answer from anyone no appointments yet ......

if 0 stars was possible that is what i would score it. I was refereed here and was calling to give them my information so i could schedule a first time appointment. During the first call the phone disconnects..I assume it was a mistake so i call back and tell them that i was just on the phone with them and that the phone disconnected. After that she acknowledges what i told her then she proceeds to put me on hold but this time (i was first on the queue each time i called) instead of waiting 15 minutes on hold i was on hold for 2 or 3 minutes before it disconnected again. So i call back a 3rd time a little irritated at this point and im sitting on the phone waiting for the initial pick up for ten minutes even though it told me i was first in line. At this point I gave up and decided to change my Primary care Physician. I'm actually glad that I was able to find out how unprofessional they are before even stepping into their facility.

Takes forever to get a appointment, when you do they have cancelled 3 times . They set up you to see a doctor in their building they call four times to confirm you will be there. The day before they call and cancel saying the doctor don't work their nomore hmmm very shady place . Uncaring and unprofessional....
