They NEVER answer the phone NEVER. and wont let u leave a message.

The receptionist for the WIC call center that I spoke to was very rude. She talked to me in a sort of demeaning undertone that I picked up on right away. She spoke to me in a way that you would speak to a child and I was very startled by this. I was trying to explain something to her and instead of listening she was quick to respond with out even actually listening to what I was trying to say.  I myself was being very cordial however it was becoming hard  because 
of her rude undertone so I told her I would just call another location. I understand in public service you may encounter some push back from people as well as people from all different walks of life however you must push aside your personal feelings, home life situations and give people the service you would want no matter what. I was  more disappointed than anything.....I hope that her behavior/attitude is not the climate of this locations whole environment.

Never can get through on the number always hangs up on me. Says the call volume is too high.  Is there a number straight to the office?

Horrible, i have beem trying to reschedule my daughter appt for the last half an hr and no one is answering the phone

Every time I call I never get an answer! They are always busy! It took 2 weeks for me to get in contact with someone! And here I go again trying to get in touch with them and no one  answers as usual. And when I leave a voicemail I never get a call back! Terrible! 

Here we go again no one answers! I have left 3 voicemails and called at least 5 times. The worst customer service ever! Never going back!
