Western Wayne Family Health Center

This review is for the dental branch in the building. They are awesome. The receptionist and the dentist are very polite and professional. The dental assistant Ms. Tracy is AMAZING. She is so good with my kids and makes my day with her positive attitude. She has been awesome every time I go in and had to write a review. Thank you Ms. Tracy for making our trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will give them 0 stars on every review site I can. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Every time I call to make a appointment for the medical department I have to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to pick up and ask me to hold again. Then I wait another 25 minutes for someone to pick up my call and just hang up on me.

Worst place ever. Dentist had to remove a broken tooth dug out a large portion of my gum and sent me on my way with no antibiotics or pain relievers. Then when she calculated my spend down i could see her book it said i would have to pay 35$ for cleaning but she told ne 92$... So they make it up as they go. I went back the next day for a note for work i asked them to please excuse me for 2 days since my face was swollen and i was in a lot of pain they said they couldnt. Who are they to tell me i shouldnt need a day or 2 of rest. Also dentist told me to chill out while she shot my face up and it hurt. Horrible people.

Everytime I call to make an appointment I am waiting approximately 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone and when the receptionist does I am always getting hanged up on and have to call and wait another 25/35 minutes. They need new receptionist that won't be hanging up on people and making them wait.

The phone wait is stupid & ridiculous where are the receptionist if theres something wrong with the phones they need to fix it im sure my complaints in person are not the only ones.
