Cheap food shouldn't equal terrible service. A disgruntled fast food chain restaurant at least smiles and speaks to you to get your order. The servers don't come to get your order, you have to beg them to come to your table. There's only hot tea, on a hot summer day with no AC, that's been sitting in the pot for god knows how long. But most importantly, they don't even give you bowls here. They have the gall to say that they gave us everything we asked for. Should I really have to ask for bowls to eat my food with at a Chinese restaurant? On top of everything, they advertise as food from my home province, which personally offends me. They completely ruined my day, I couldn't even finish eating. The food is disgusting.

Came for afternoon dim sum with a friend and was sorely disappointed. The service was absolutely awful, when we first came in they seemed disgruntled that we couldn't speak Chinese and right off the bat told us that we would have to wait 10-20 minutes because the kitchen staff had to eat lunch. That was no problem but then they served people that came after us and we had to try super hard to flag down the server. The tea wasn't fresh at all and was never refilled. Finally, when I asked if they had shao mai the server simply nodded his head and then walked away. As for the food itself, it was okay except for the fact that we somehow ended up paying $20 for three plates of dim sum and one green onion pancake and there was no shao mai either. TL;DR: don't bother coming here.

Quality and standard seem to be on the higher end relative to the Chinese food in the UW Plaza. Unique dishes like rice in bamboo platters make this place a little more interesting. If you're going for a more "lavish" dinner, this can be the place!

Overall, a gd chinese restaurant serving a wide selection of entrees from skewers to dim sum. Their rice dishes are big in portions and good value. Service was also prompt

$40 for a small hot pot where the ribs were mostly bone. Several pieces were totally bare. Slow service and no courtesy from staff.

Pretty expensive considering the other ethnic food options nearby. The place feels kind of dingy and dirty on the inside too. Staff are very robotic and discourteous.

Better than most of other Chinese food in town. I recommend this if you want to try some Chinese food near the university
