Nice little park to catch great views of downtown Vancouver. The park is well maintained and has a playground for the kids. There is some basic equipment for the kids playground. The grass is well maintained and has places to sit down. They have few benches as well. The sea wall at the edge of the park for anyone to get down to the water. There is board walk with a canopy at the end to sit and enjoy the views of downtown Vancouver. Definitely, worth a visit if you are in north Vancouver. It is just a few mins walk from the sky train station which is very convenient.
Nice to walk along the water, 3 or 4 small very nice areas, it connects with the spirit trail, there are bathrooms, but unfortunately one Saturday at 7am I found it closed, I hope they will and make garbage collection more frequent, there are no many plays for children.
Beautiful place to sit alone or with someone you love and enjoy the peace and enjoy the bird sounds. You can click pictures and see the park arounf which have history with it below am attaching some pictures which I clicked during my recent visit.
North side Dog park created a lot more mess and made this park less attractive. For non-dog owners Great location and view but poorly maintained grass last 20 years…
Very beautiful waterfront park. Everyday lots of people coming for picnic or do their jogging. There is a washroom for both men and women plus a drinking fountain. Lots of picnic tables and most of all dog allowed here
pretty nice place to walk my dog. There a little grassy hill you can sit on to listen to the ocean and watch the world go by
Visited on May 4th, 2021: Only a few steps from the Lonsdale Quay SeaBus Station and Market. Grab a coffee, a bite and the mindful purpose to enjoy a view of spectacular Vancouver. Waterfront Park boasts beautiful wide-angle views of Vancouver and the Burrard Inlet and you’ll find it just a 12-minute Seabus ride away from Downtown Vancouver. There are plenty of trails for you to get immersed in nature and stroll by the water to catch some spectacular views just minutes away from the Lower Lonsdale neighbourhood. It’s located just minutes from Lonsdale Quay meaning you can catch the Seabus here from Downtown Vancouver in minutes. You could stop by Lonsdale Quay Market on the way to pick up something to eat on your walk. There are plenty of benches and places to sit throughout the park, as well as a children’s play park, making it perfect for a family picnic on a nice day. Also found within Waterfront Park are some great public art, a maritime memorial, and restrooms. Throughout the summer the park is activated with markets and events.
Great views of the city and and a nice park to chill in
Awesome place to have a seat chill and marvel at Vancouver city. Also a great place to walk and turn the world off for awhile don't forget to get a coffee while you do. One of my favorite thing to do
A nice little park for a relaxing stroll, but not really great for kids. There is grass and a walkway along the water, a playground, washrooms, and a small pier. The railway tracks go through the middle, bit there is a walkway overpass from the street to the park. There is also a dog park attached.
