Mahon Park is a lovely local spot connecting the Fen Burdette Stadium and access to a walking trail. Bathrooms are regularly maintained. The park hosts a water spray park, playground and open space to relax. Benches & picnic tables spread out to allow opportunities to pause and enjoy the park. It gets busy in the spring and summer months as a popular and safe spot to bring young children Street parking available with a short path into the play area. There is also an adult fitness apparatus that seems well utilized. There is a pickleball court, skate park & enclosed dog park nearby, just behind the stadium. Wheelchair accessible Playground: Updates playground with accessible swing, play structure and even a water spray park. Restrooms: Open to the public located at the stadium Picnic area: Picnic tables spread out around the playground to enjoy while children play
Great facility. Used to run here back when it was a terrible dirt track. The upgrades are excellent, though they should have added more lanes to make it viable for competitions. The interior turf field is regularly used for soccer, so heads up if you are doing laps! There is a bit of equipment at the perimeter of the track which can make for some great additions to the workout. Throw in the waterpark that is adjacent to the track and it really makes it great for the whole family. Behind the stadium, a beach volleyball court has just been installed and the pickleball and basketball court are relatively new additions also. There is a great, well-sized, off-leash dog park as well. If you look, you can even see the stone that has been there since Mahon Park had an outdoor public pool, something North Van certainly needs to bring back.

Beautiful, state of the art field made of recycled rubber, can't wait to train for my next 10k... Also good for cross country skis. New skate park is open and getting lots of use! Playground: Water park! Restrooms: Some vandalism damage, but clean and well maintained. Dog-friendliness: Good sized dog park with fresh water spigot, waste bin and pick up bags. Picnic area: Alcohol permitted with a view of downtown Vancouver!
Great, all weather track with lots steet and parking lot parking. Great kids play area on the far curve. There are lots of walkers on the track at time, so if you are looking to run fast, go later in the evening as the track has lights. Nice place to run in central North Vancouver
Mahon Park is a great place to go for a walk with the dog or kids. The park features several lovely trails and a couple of creeks. The trails can get muddy and slippery at certain times of the year, so bring appropriate footwear. A few trails have steep inclines, so they may not be suitable for the elderly or those with physical disabilities.
Great spot for soccer and other athletic pursuits Lights on until 22h00. Well done North Vancouver City for investing in community health
Love this local park! Has pickleball courts, soccer field and an awesome off leash dog park as well as water park for kids in the summer and some great trails!
Decent water park and playground, recently updgraded and rebuilded. Great multi use park for everyone to enjoy and for families to picnic.
Enjoyable place to walk or run. The park has a wonderful history on the North Shore. The track is in great shape and everything was nice and clean. That was my coffee cup just posing for a photo hehe
