Warren Parking Garage

Structure looks and feels like it could fall down any minute. Elevators don't inspire much confidence. The door leading to the elevator lobby on the ground was locked when I came back to leave, requiring me to walk past the gate up the ramp to the second floor to get to the elevators. Cheap... perhaps. Payments were unorthodox.

Do not park here. The sign for pricing is not what they try to charge you when leaving. There's no person there to pay, you have to call someone that gives you a random price and yells at you when you dare challenge them. About report them to the BBB.

Cannot recommend this garage. Inside it's falling apart, with gaping holes in the floor and repairs "in progress" all over the place. Signage is practically absent and I couldn't find the way out. I ended up returning the same way I came up despite one sign saying "wrong way". I was there on a Sunday morning when nothing but church services were going on and didn't see the sign saying "event parking $10" so ended up being charged $10 for less than 3 hrs parking. As someone else noted, the door to the elevator was locked when I returned around 1 pm, although it had been unlocked when I left, so I had to hike up to where my car was along the ramps. When I got to the exit, I was able to raise the "attendant" by pressing a button that sounded like a Ring doorbell, but could hardly hear him over the speaker due to horrendous heavy equipment street noise coming from outside. I opted to pay cash and then nothing happened. The gate did not rise. He asked me to back up and try again. Still didn't rise. I had a plane to catch!! He had to get a worker from somewhere up above in the six story structure to hike down to where I was and open it. The Warren Parking Garage wasn't worth even a dollar.

Great parking, but paying felt very sketch. You had to ring a door bell and then give someone your credit card info through the phone. Also door to elevator was locked so you had to walk where all the cars drive. Otherwise it was fine.

Closes at 8:00pm? On the night of an event? Ridiculous. My car was trapped in there all night. No signage saying they closed marked outside the garage. A sign underneath as you drive in. Unbelievable! I’ll never park there again! Sorry Sam. Wish I went to your garage instead. I will delete the review.

The building looks like it’s going to fall down any minute. Inside the garage they’re doing a lot of construction and there’s debris everywhere. It’s also expensive: $6 if you pay cash and $8 if you pay with a card. It might be worth it if you parked there all day because that’s the set price.

Not a 24/7 garage!! Which means your car gets stuck there if you are out late. This was the sketchiest garage with no good exits once parked- we went down some random staircase that was locked at the bottom. Learned a good life lesson- never park at a garage with a man in the booth as you drive in. Will avoid this type of garage at all costs in the future

Worst experience of parking in NY. Just parked for 50 minutes, when I was getting out the person in front told it is $3 for cash and $6 for card!!! I gave my card and the machine was not working. They wasted my 15 minutes. I told I can pay later online but there was no option for that!! Took me to a nearby Indian store and then charged $9.75 on my credit card! The service deserves 0 star! Who pays almost $10 for an hour like a small city in Syracuse. Utterly disappointed! Will never park here again and will recommend others not to park here too!

Stayed in this garage bc the one next door has a time limit on their garage. This one was very nice and the man controlling the exit was very kind. apologies to the owner, you're correct! still mad at the other garage/google for not posting about the time limit
