I attempted to exit the parking garage and my card wouldn't work card is a month old so I pressed the help button. The man who responded was absolutly NO help. He told me that if my card didn't work and I didn't have another card that I would have to call someone I know to come use their card. I told him I didn't have time for all that and he proceeded to tell me it was MY fault for entering a parking garage with a card that doesn't work. He said there is no other way to pay. I said this is ridiculous and his response was "so are our customers. And then hung up. Needless to say I will NEVER use that parking garage or any of that companies other properties ever again. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
If it was possible to leave zero stars for my recent trip to this parking garage I would. I requested assistance since the machine was not reading my parking ticket I still had the ticket and there seemed to be nothing wrong with it physically. Upon contacting the person with the assistance button he kept referring to me as "bud" and stated that I must pay the $10 fee for a lost ticket because "it is your fault the ticket won't read ... our machines are pretty hearty and don't make mistakes." We asked to speak to a manager or his supervisor and he stated "I am a manager and you're on camera bud" as if I was doing something wrong by requesting assistance and not having to pay $10 for 30 minutes in the garage. Terrible experience, will never park there again.
Literally FALLING apart! You will find HUGE chunks of concrete on your vehicle, in addition to white spots the eat through the clear coat of the paint on the car! I work at a local restaurant at all the staff are complaining! Syracuse City Inspectors need to close this place down!
As a previous "resident" of downtown Syracuse, I had to pay 100$/ month to park here. The roof of the garage fell onto my car causing multiple dents and chips in the paint, when the garage was informed they said we "park at our own risk". The management takes no responsibility, making me question what is the 100$/month doing? There has been multiple stabbings in this garage during the last year I lived downtown. There is also a homeless man that lives in the stairwellsleeping on the 3rd floor, often pooping and peeing on the 2nd floor stairwell. I know this all sounds crazy but this is true, like many of the previous reviews have said. Management does NOT A THING to change the condition of the garage.
This garage, owned by Partnership Properties does not even meet the basic and minimal garage standards such as: assurance of parking spot, making sure ceilings are not falling, the integrity of the garage construction is maintained, plowing in poor weather, salting the ramps, etc but they also go as far as to really screw over anyone needing to pause their monthly pass for family reasons. I've been a paying parking client for the last year, consistently paying my far too expensive monthly bill for a garage that does not even meet the most basic of safety standards. In an effort to give ample notice and time, I e-mailed the woman responsible for handling the monthly parking passes to inform her I'm expecting a baby in two months, wondering what the procedure is for maternity leave. To my utter surprise, she responds that if I'd like to keep my pass, I will need to pay for it as if I'm using it for the 3 months I will be out and that they do not allow freezing or any restart fee for such cases. As if the standards of maternity leave in this country are not bad enough, you have to pay $85/month during a time period that you're not even guaranteed paid time off for! Thanks for your understanding and support, Partnership Properties! Partnership Properties Inc are pathetic and greedy! Do not park with them!
Too bad zero stars isn’t an option, what a flaming pile of rubbish this operation is. It’s obvious the owners and management put nothing back into this facility...instead of ensuring properly functioning equipment, I was told credit cards aren’t accepted mind you there’s a slot and automated voice instructing to pay with credit card or cash and I should have cash. Of course I did have cash, but since they’re too cheap to staff an attendant, I couldn’t get change for larger bills. Park elsewhere, I’d rather illegally park on the street and pay a parking citation than give another cent to this dump.
I will never park my vehicle here ever. I come off the bus from Boston mind you it's 130am tired exhausted I still have another 35 min ride from Syracuse to port Byron. I get into my car and pay the meter it's 30$ I pay with a 50$ and it doesn't dispense my change it says take a ticket and go to the office now it's 1:30 2:00 in the morning there isn't a soul in sight I go to grab my receipt and there you have no receipt. So now I have no proof as to my complaint thanks atrium parking for jerking me out of 20$ and covering your tracks by not giving me a receipt. Oh by the way the numbers posted on the machine either don't work or no one answers gee whiz thanks.
Is it legal for someone without a handicapped park permit to park in a designated handicapped spot???? This is happening by someone that owns a jeep in this parking garage! Does management know? Do the owners want the ADA after them??
If I could give this less than zero stars I would this garage is falling apart the management doesn’t care if your car gets broken into which it well especially after five at night when you call the emergency number the gentleman that answered doesn’t identify himself or even care that anything happened to you you like knowledge they have cameras and I’ll tell you too bad the ceiling is falling apart it’s never plowed it’s a waste your money
It's a parking garage. Eh.
