A great shopping experience. The staff are so helpful. When I need some new outfits for work or everyday. The ladies are happy to put some outfits and ideas together. Sometimes I just don't know where to start but they do. New arrivals weekly is also nice. Sincerely Sherry Brown.

Joanne was one of the most knowledgeable, friendliest and most helpful associate I've ever encountered. She picked out outfits I'd never think to try on and had me looking fabulous in so many of them, I couldn't choose. I was very impressed with her styling, knowledge of sizing and different options when something didn't fit right. She was the first associate to ever encourage me to show the outfits I was trying on. So that she could offer feedback and suggestions. What a pleasant and refreshing shopping experience. Thank you for your help Joanne! You really deserve recognition for your excellent customer service.

I left this store feeling snubbed. Like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Was handed a shirt by a sales lady who continued to talk to another, more interesting customer. Didn’t ask if I wanted to try it on. Didn’t ask what my size was. Just handed me a 2xl and continued talking. I would have purchased the item if I’d tried it on and if it fit, but I just stood there holding it. If you don’t come in well dressed and looking your best well you’ll probably get ignored. This is why people shop online. Felt worse leaving the store. Cried in my car and went home.

I have walked into this store numerous times. Not welcoming at all, no hello, no how can I help you. Manager had a grimaced look on her face. I felt awkward and uncomfortable being in the store. I was looking for a few items that said in stock on line and they didn't even try to assist me to look for it. Reitman's, you should send over a secret shopper to evaluate your staff and manager for customer service. The Mayfield location has always been helpful and given me a warm welcome, what is going on with this store location? Read these comments and do something please!

Amazing store with amazing customer service, staff, and always amazing selection! Johanne was incredible with helping my sister and I take home some really lovely outfits, much appreciated her assistance and friendliness from the moment we walked in the door! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get some nice, quality women’s clothing!!

I genuinely like reitmans clothing, they really stepped up clothing options and styles over the last few years. But sadly this location has the worst customer service, worst in all aspects. I went in to look at some of the athletic wear and it was like I was invisible. Multiple people working yet absolutely no customer service. I have to say this is not the first time, I have been in here a few times as I live close by and it's always the same thing, multiple staff but they are either talking to one another or could care less about helping customers. Please take a trip to Warehouse One, Staff over there are super friendly and helpful, it wouldn't hurt to walk in there to get some tips on how to treat customers. I can agree with others this store is super awkward to walk into. If there was an optio for no stars that's what I would rate it.

Sales were good, service was great. I read some earlier reviews regarding poor service. The store must have listened because the experience I had was excellent from the time I walked through the door. The employee at this store was extremely helpful and nice.

Today I went into the store in Spruce Grove to return or exchange a Christmas gift. I was not given the receipt and the items did not have the tags on them. Although in a perfect world, everyone would keep their receipts and tags but that was not the case with my gift. The Manager was extremely moody, grumpy and rude. She even rolled her eyes when she saw me approaching the counter with my bag. I happily would have exchanged for a different size but instead she just threw up her hands and tossed the items back and refused to help me. I have never been treated so badly as a customer and this has left a really bad taste with me for Reitman's. I will never shop in the Spruce Grove store again.

I went to this store on November 7 just after lunch. I was looking for a dress for a Christmas party. I usually go to a few stores mostly just to see what everyone has then I usually like to go back to the store where I found what I liked the most. This store had a sad selection, mostly dark colors and some styles that I already wore two years ago! For example lace dresses. The service was mediocre, I don’t think the cashier even made eye contact once. She went about it like a robot, “Are you looking for anything in particular?” “Dresses are over there” No hi, or anything. It’s not like I need a happy welcoming but friendly would be nice. There was another girl there hanging things or something like that. I never actually looked at her but I could see her in my peripheral vision watching me constantly. You have nothing to worry about girl, I like my non-criminal record to show shiny, clean and clear! I’m very proud of that fact. I checked out the sales/clearance rack and there was nothing really exciting or colourful there. Jewelry was the same. So, they mostly had square, muted or pale colored tops. Disappointing! That’s okay, there’s hundreds of other stores I can go to.

The manager was very grumpy, and came across as like I didn't belong in the store because I am a plus size. She treated me like I should drop 15 lbs right on the spot so I could fit into their clothes, even though they advertise on the door that they have clothes up to 2x. Seems like false advertising to me.
