Sears Spruce Grove

We purchased a new washer and dryer from this local Sears. Right on the receipt we paid for delivery for Friday. As requested we disconnected the old ones to be hauled away. Imagine our surprise when the delivery window said 7am to 6pm and they never came. When we called we were told communication error and we couldn't have it until Tuesday. Terrible customer service beyond words.

It's hard to believe how rude & lazy the employees are at Spruce Grove Sears. Picked a large package up, and asked why I would have to pay shipping costs when it was delivered to the store. One employee said * that's the way it is* I said * that makes no sense, I can see paying to have it delivered to my home* A young man's comment was * no one does anything for nothing anymore* From there I was told to back up to the loading door. The young man had my item on a dolly, I opened the back of my vehicle to have it placed & he just stood there and looked at me!!! I was not impressed I said to him as I struggled with the package trying to get it in my vehicle * oh please I wouldn't want you to strain yourself and help me* unreal he just stood there!!! Never even offered to help!!! There was 3 other employees relaxing, lounging on the furniture in the store. I will never step foot in Sears Spruce Grove again.

Terrible service! We had a damaged door handle on our new kenmore stove. We ordered a door handle on October 10 th of 2014 it is now February 9th, 2015 and we still don't have a door handle replacement! They never called us back to tell us of a problem with the delivery which was only supposed to be a month wait! UNBELIEVABLY POOR service.. We will not deal with these people after this experience!!
