The Brick

Delivery of our washing machine was delayed by 2 weeks (still waiting), and we didn't get a courtesy call to advise us of this. They tried to offer another washing machine in stock which was of lesser quality, but offered at the same price as our original purchase!!! Appalling.

Absolutely appalling service. Late delivery by 2 months. Defective furniture still not repaired or replaced after 8 months after numerous calls and store visits. We keep getting promises that fall short and no return calls when promised. Wish we read these comments before going to this store . Truly disappointed. Will never ever recommend stay away. Cindy Crawford furniture is absolute garbage no matter how nice it looks not worth the wait

Brick in Simcoe does not have a very good selection. Staff although helpful, they did not have a good knowledge base of the products in the store.

They aren't honouring their warranties and are cancelling them based on normal use. Do NOT do business with The Brick unless you're looking to purchase expensive furnishing for temporary or short-term use only.
