Walmart Montreal (Dorval) Store

Every time visiting this location, the side walk parking lot are filled with shopping carts, I know customers are sooo lazy but what is the responsibility of Walmart employees? I have asked many of them but instead of solving the problem they started talking with each other on their own language and laughing on me. Why are these employees are allowed to speak other language other then English they have zerooo manners

I find this location has dropped in quality of customer service and overall condition in the past years. I am giving 4 stars today as a gentleman named Han in the electronics and photo area went out of his way this weekend to help us with prints for our memorial for a recently deceased loved one. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented, focused on us getting the best prints possible.nWish the rest of the store was up to this level, and not just mediocre. Mr Han was a shining star.

The self checkouts are closed during mornings. And they have only 3 cashier's open. Each time it's a long wait line. I prefer self checkout so I could take my time to pack my grocery bag properly. I hope they have the self checkouts open all times.

I’ve noticed a disappointing decline in the quality of service at this store. It’s unfortunate that the entire staff now appears to be from a single background, with no diversity in representation. Even more concerning is the consistently poor customer service , staff members often come across as rude, inattentive, and lacking basic courtesy. This used to be a pleasant place to shop, but it no longer feels welcoming or customer-focused. It’s sad to see such a decline in what was once a great grocery experience.

I just came here for the printing papers which I couldn’t find anywhere . Seeking an associate no one is willing to help for it and send me here and there. Finally reaching at the customer service they behave rude no act of customer service. Finally I had to leave this place and went to staples to find where I could find a better customer assistance
