Nice store in the Fairview shopping centre. It's also Canadian own. Lots of American universities sweatshirt and t-shirts, the quality seems very good, there is also a woman department.

I had my sail for my 50' Bénéteau that needed to be sewed back. This was 5 years ago and I just realized I never gave a comment about it. They did it off season and when I hoisted it back up, it was like new. Great job thank you very much. I now need help with my smaller windsurfing sail, i will see if they can do it gain. Sorry it took so long!

you find a lot of great unique things here, but the place could use a clean up, a new design and more lights, otherwise the staff is amazing

We've been coming here for all our sail equipment needs for decades although I miss the old location closer to the lake shore. John and his team thanks Wesley for gathering all my stuff for today are knowledgeable and we always get the best advice and service here. Recommended!

Never cared enough to do a review till now. Small store short on inventory. When someone inquired what I needed Don't know is staff or owner I started by saying I own a sailing dinghy. The reply "You have my sympathy!" Insult the customer's boat. Walked out with nothing as they had nothing for me. 1 star is 50% too much.

The staff is very kind and helpful but the store is mess, it's dirty and always short on inventory, in part due to covid and in part because they don't order enough. Terrible model of how to run a retail store....if I had another decent choice I'd take the new one in a second.

The only brick and mortar marine supply store in the area and it shows. Poorly lit, dirty, disorganized, lack of staff. Three stars because, finally, they have some stock.

This store manager gave me advice that worth gold. You have a problem, he will sell you not only the goods but he will tell you how to deal with your situation and avoid common problems in the long terms. In many occasions they won my trust ,big time. I pull my hat. Cheers and good wind to all.

Good honest local small family chandlery

Great experience, Andrea the manager was very helpful in helping me out and going above and beyond to get information for me. Honestly being in retail is often difficult because people can be very nit picky and for this reason most stores simply don't put in the extra effort, and that is why I am impressed with the Boat House because they did put in the extra effort, and they followed up with me 3 times. Just terrific, thanks again. Matt
