Amazing site. Went to my local guitar shop and they told me 4 to 6 weeks. Red One Music had one online. Ordered on weekend was rocking out by end of the week!!! Thank you! Will order from again!
Great service overall. Fast shipping and although the item i ordered arrived damaged from the manufacturer, the very same day i submitted a request for replacement, Salomon from customer service at Musique Red One Music replied to me within the hour. He gave me few simple steps to follow to start the claim and he forwarded it to the manufacturer. Once everything was validated by the manufacturer i received the item the next day. Salomon if very good, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

RedOne has been great for me. I bought some discounted lightbars from there that worked great. Every one of the employees are really friendly and super helpful.nnThe manager Alex is great and the employee on the rental side Jason was top notch and very courteous. I would happily rent from them again for any gigs I'm working as DJ and will be buying all of my audio equipment there from now on!
So far, I've purchased two items from them this year. Vincent has been awesome for me. Great custormer service, very patient and responds quickly to inquiries! A highly recommended store!
