Walmart Lasalle Supercentre

How is this acceptable? Went to do a quick Essentials run at walmart and saw this in the middle of the aisle. The ice cream wasn't frozen anymore. I put all of my items back, because I do not trust anything if this is how they store ice cream.

Walmart provides a broad selection of products, but its organization and availability leave room for improvement. The store's shelves often feature missing or disorganized items, making the shopping experience less efficient. While the prices and variety are commendable, the frustration of searching for items detracts from the overall convenience. First time user for curb side pick up in Canada.nOrdered yesterday was super easy and helpful to do since I’ve done it in the past in another country.nWhen arriving today at the location I didn’t see any spots normally out front of the building and wasn’t instructed on app/website where to go so I called the store. When I called a woman picked up and while telling her I was there for curbside I got put on hold immediately half way through my sentence and remained on hold for 25+ minutes to which I walked into the building still on the phone and joined the customer service line where the woman at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. Then proceeded to tell me to go behind the building. I asked why that’s not stated in the order process even after I had looked for that information. She said she had no clue or any idea what I was talking about, however she was nice about it so that was slightly redeeming.nnLikely never ordering from this location or Walmart again

The cashier refused to help out my 94 year old grandmother because my Grandmother does not speak French... SHE IS 94 years old, completely disgusting behavior.nnMy grandmother politely asked if she spoke English, the woman said no then asked if my grandmother could speak French in which she replied no, and the cashier just shrugged her shoulders and disregarded my grandmother's struggles with paying and counting her money due to her old age my grandmother is an elder woman and should not have to deal with these kind of things, she has been here her whole life before any of this came to be, she deserves better!!!

I shopped for an angel food cake pan and found three 3 stacked on a lower shelf with no tube. I was advised by customer service to order the pan online which I did. Incredibly I received the order today which consisted of the tube, only. Sadly, I called customer service and they don't understand the problem. They're asking me to go back to the store. Totally ridiculous!
