Walmart Lasalle Supercentre

The worst customer service in Canada. The section for underwear was a mess, so I didn’t realize I took the wrong size, didn’t even open. Four hours later when I went to this Walmart , i was told it’s final sale for all the underwear. No sign in the store. Only very small word marked on the back of the receipt, before you purchase you have no way to know. And staff(Lissa) on the customer service counter even throw my purchased item to garbage can. The store manager(Tony) is rude also, ask me call customer service line to solve the problem. I guess he knew they have worst customer service line in Canada . Will never buy anything from this Walmart. And I got exchange right away next day in another Walmart. Terrible customer service in this Walmart.

I used to shop at this Walmart weekly. Considered myself a valued customer even. That all changed when they posted guards at their exits. Guards who are instructed to ask customers to show their receipts as they leave. This demonstration of distrust, and presumption of guilt, has become the new norm at Walmart. My dignity is worth more than their low prices. I now do my weekly shopping elsewhere.

As a Walmart goes.... It's all right. They are average in stock and selection, above average in cleanliness and organization, and fantastic in parking and getting in and out.

Great store. One of my favourite. They almost have everything. However it's a but far by walk. During winter, one feel the distance the store is situated.

Nice place good variety. Sometimes a bit to crowded on rush days.Know your stuff as to get an inquiry you'll have to wait for a very long time. Had my experience in another Wal-Mart...
