Sears Department Store

Typical Sears, they raised the prices and now have 50% off. I saw better prices last year. Also there are no returns now, be VERY CAREFUL when you buy. Try to test the product In store. We saw someone trying to return something that didn't work, they won't budge

I bought a brand new bed set, at the time of pick up they gave me a floor model which had so much scratches. When I complained to manager he said we are closing our store you have two choices get your bed or leave it and we won’t refund your money. He said if you disturb us I will kick you from the store.

I would rate Sears lower if I could. Items don't have price on them, sale items that end in 97 only on same rack as items ending in other numbers. Horrible service from the staff, I asked a few questions and the answer I got was "I just work here" in French. None of the employees seam to like their job. Long wait time at cash even if it's just you. If you do purchase something it's just tossed in a bag. No folding of clothes no wrapping of fragile items. Overall I am surprised anyone would make a return visit. Reminds of zellers. I have not exaggerated anything in this comment. Hands down the worst store I have ever shopped in.

I met the rudest, most condescending cashier last night.I walked up to a cash with THREE individuals (a boy – I call him boy because no real Man would ever treat anyone this way – and 2 girls). They were all in conversation. I stood at that cash, while they talked right in front of me, not acknowledging me at all for about half a min…while that might not seem long, 30 seconds or more to be standing in front of Cashiers while they blatantly ignore you, is one of the rudest moments I have ever experienced. I finally said HI, because it was clear I wasn’t going to be greeted in any way. Then the Boy proceeded to ring up my items (I had 2). All this while still talking to the 2 girls. Then he goes to pack the bag and realizes he only scanned 1 item So I respond: Maybe, if you had been paying attention and not talking, you would have scanned that one as well I do not take back what I said, I am 1000% justified in my response. Then he tried to scan the second item (laughing the whole time at my might I add), it doesn’t work. so he goes, IN FRENCH because he thought I wouldn’t understand: oh, now shes going to be really happy, cuz I have to go get another So I tell him, I can understand every word he is saying. To which I receive more attitude and him basically telling me, because I was rude he can be rude back. Last time I check, I was the customer. It turns my stomach that I even gave Sears any of my money. if you go to this location, avoid the young "children" at the cash who do not know how to treat Customers.
