I tried to return a Christmas gift on December 27 without a receipt. Rosemarie said I needed a driver's license. According to TJX return policy, a government issued picture ID is required. A medicare card is a government issued ID. Rosemarie please familiarize yourself with the company policy. I was able to return it at the Winners at McGill College.

Saturday closing manager was extremely rude and unhelpful to potential customers. I would definitely not return there when he is working. Thankfully the other employees were very helpful.

My experience was great two wonderful people who work there,Justin the manager and Cassandra just a pleasure to deal with. They are an asset to the store. (St. Catherine)
