Great place to shop. Has everything you need in one place from garden to kitchen. Has good electronics, clothing variety and shoes. And the prices are unbeatable. Overall a great experience.
Pretty big Walmart super centre for the lower mainland .it has a wide array of diverse foods from around the world .the stir also has a large selection and great deals on everyday products and food .I would recommend and go out of my way to shop here .There is a lot of parking close to the store .
Everything but the kitchen sink here, well maybe the kitchen sink possibly. The store is huge. It’s well lit and clean. Washroom facilities are available here. There is a McDonald’s in the store. I found what I was looking for so that was good. My experience was good but there is always lineups when checking out. Ample parking spaces available.
My niece called me that the 3pc luggage that’s on the Black Friday flyer has already started in Guildford Walmart. I went in to the Langley store today to check it and they don’t even have them displayed on their aisle like Guildford and they won’t match the price. 3 rude ladies at the self checkout told me to go to Guildford. What a great service Walmart Langley. You have some arrogant employees working for you
We had a good shopping experience, but my wife needed the scooter to shop in and there wasn't one. She used a cart to hobble around with. The scooters make it so much easier to get around and shop more. I understand some have been stolen. That is regretable. Perhaps an ID card or something to use them, or a coin. Don't know, but for those who need, the scooters are wonderful. thanks.
Normally I'm very pleased with this location, especially since I live so close and frequent it weekly, but today I was very let down and disappointed with customer service and management staff, more or less management. Going by Walmarts so called "90 day return policy" I suddenly had a game controller that I had purchased at the end of July, stop working. Was in perfect condition physically, just internally it decided to go haywire. Like majority of people, I wouldn't still be carrying the packaging around being that I've had it for over a month, and things were working fine, so I recycled it to avoid clutter. I bring it in to get a refund, they ask if I have the package for it, I explain no and why I wouldn't still have it, I'm then asked by a supervisor to walk back to the electronics section to retrieve the same product, and bring it back to customer service to show the packaging. After doing so, I'm then greeted by another supervisor or manager, who then informs me that they cannot refund me because I don't have the box for it, fearing I was returning the old model for the new model excuse, even though they were identical. Why send me to get the product when your minds were already made up? Then you offer me to take the product back with me, what for? It's broken. So I said to keep it, I don't need a broken item, and that I'll be writing this review. Very let down and angry, when I normally have a very positive experience every time I'm in there. Time to change your so called policy if this is how things will continue, or wanting to find loop holes on customers.
I hate coming here unless I absolutely have to. Standing in a line at self checkout right now with other frustrated customers because the majority of the self checkout registers are closed. I experienced the same thing right before Christmas as well. Why invest in the technology if you don’t even use it.
I have a bad experience with this super center as I bought some extreme protection windshield washer and it says resistant up to -50C and today when i see it is frozen in my car I don't know and this is un expected from this big place to do this kind of nonsense undoubtedly its hard earned money I bought two of them and i costed CAD15 and I don' have receipt
When I purchased Halloween candy last week there were no signs or the cashier did not advise it was a final sale. If known I would have purchased at Costco instead as they do full refunds of unopened candy. You should be making your customers aware of final sales at the time of purchase. I went to the return counter today, and was advised by three different staff members that i could not return the item. Pretty much telling me I should go online everytime I shop at Walmart to see of things are refundable, which is ridiculous.
Attention! The Most disgusting location for Walmart ever. Most of the fruit products and vegetables are mushy, almost expired and the customer service ugh. This location has the worst customer service ever. They don't have any product knowledge, they don't know the location of the products and they barely speak English. A lot of items stay out of stock for almost a week! Don't even bother doing returns here, you'll be embarrassed. I will never ever shop again at this place. ! Don't shop here !
