So frustrating. Used to love shopping at this store but NOT anymore. Last time, Cheese slices were outdated, brought to the attention of Customer service, called the shift Manager over, he didn't care one bit. Cheese was not removed or reduced after reporting. Went in the next day, still there. Yesterday had another frustrating experience. Purchased packet of smoked salmon. The sign read $10.99. Got home to see I was charged $24.99. Drove back to the store and noticed the store had placed the packages in the wrong price display maybe on purpose. Guess they were out of the $10.99 product so they placed the $24.99 in that section and then placed the larger packets in the $24.99 section. So deceptive. Got my refund and gave them my feedback. Again, they called the Manager from the Meat Dept for me to explain. Didn't care! Done. Not worth my time and hassle.

Pretty rough customer service the past couple of times we’ve been there. Not a lot of deals going on likely given the Loblaws strike but if you do need to shop here - be wary of the expiration/best before dates. I visited yesterday briefly as it was on my way home and saw too many items expired and didn’t feel like having to hunt for dates. The below are just an example and while I know best before implies just that, I think it is misleading to folks who may not know otherwise. The date was May 5 and some items had gone in April.nnCashiers werent too friendly and there was a weird interaction at the customer service desk regarding lotto tickets but it just seemed like both staff and customer were yelling at each other.

My experience here was incredible, I couldn’t have asked for better. Since the first step I took into the store until the moment I took my receipt. I think what made my experience exceptional was Mark who worked front end, his service was absolutely world class, his speedy service, exceptional customer service, and his ability to connect with the customer made my experience here special. This store is exceptionally maintained and well stocked, I highly recommend shopping here and I will definately coming back again! Thanks Mark for the great service, hope to see you again.

I am with the numerous 1 star reviews, I would give them a zero if I could, this place has gone downhill. I am a long term customer and tired of the treatment. Zero customer service, ad items continuously out of stock. They are rude, condescending and the quality of product is pathetic. I am done shopping here. It’s really too bad, customers should be treated with respect. It’s the opposite here and I hope they go out of business.
