Safeway Langley Fraser Crossing

This particular location of Safeway is my absolute favourite because all the staff are motivated to assist the customers. I have been at the till when a cashier offers to grab me the brand that’s on sale or that is worthy of Scene points. Great store!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the butcher counter today that I feel compelled to share. I was hoping to purchase some of the steaks that were on sale, but when I asked the staff member for assistance, she abruptly snatched the steaks from my hands, stating they were reserved for an employee. These were the last of the sale steaks, and I was understandably taken aback. I was so shocked by her dismissive and unprofessional behavior that I was left speechless. I've never felt so disrespected by a retail employee. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

Safeway Langley Fraser Crossing is an excellent grocery store that combines quality products with great customer service. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making shopping a smooth experience. They offer a wide variety of fresh produce, high-quality meats, and baked goods that always meet expectations.nnThe deli and bakery sections are highlights, with plenty of fresh, ready-to-eat options that are perfect for a quick meal or a special treat. Their in-store promotions and loyalty program often help save on regular purchases.nnParking is convenient and plentiful, and the location is easy to access from the main road. The friendly and helpful staff are always available to assist, ensuring you find what you need. A dependable spot for all your grocery needs!

The bakery selection and staff are wonderful. There was a particular lady working at the self check out that should not be in customer service. I was in there Friday the 14th around 3pm. Her demeanor was so unwelcoming and rude.

Safeway knocked it out of the park on so many levels. Their Facebook flyer had the best suggestions at great prices. Their service was above and beyond what I expected. Their selection was wonderful and I could find everything in one store. That made my life so much easier. The quality of their food was so good that when I served it, people said it was the best New Year’s Eve meal that they’ve ever had. Great job in so many ways!! You’re Rockstars :-
