The customer service at self checkout today stood out. I went through at around 2.15pm and was having trouble scanning a large item as the handheld scanner wasn't working. A young lady who worked there noticed I was having trouble and came over to help me before I even had a chance to look around for someone to ask. She was so kind and scanned the items right away, and helped me through the rest of the transaction. I wish I'd gotten her name, she deserves some recognition for her wonderful service.nThe store itself is fairly big and really clean/tidy, and I found parking easily. Good selection from the small section of the store I'd visited. Will be back.
I had such a lovely experience with cashier Kirnjot. She pointed me to the right aisles and, if I couldn’t find something, she walked with me to make sure I did. This was around closing time so I’m grateful she was still so patient with me. You can really tell she cares about the people she helps.
Today at 5:50 i went to their cosmetics section. The caucasian lady in there was so rude and racist. I went in there for a few makeup products i didn’t even touch any of the products she came up to me and said “i don’t want to see you using any makeup products on your hands” the way it was said was so rude then usually we pay in the cosmetic section but she was just too busy standing that she told me to go pay at self checkout. If you don’t want to work or don’t know a thing about customer service just don’t come to work stay home and deal with yourself at home. It was the worst experience ever.
I visit your Scottsdale Walmart all the time. I always get the PTI Ginger Powder 400g/bag and I've looked and waited for more than six months to find it on the shelf again. I spoke with a lady in customer service today. She was helpful and helped me look for it. When she couldn't find it herself, she told me some items have been deleted since store renovation. I want to use this opportunity to request for this item return to the shelf of this store. Thank you so much in advance for considering this.
Dear Walmart Customer Service Team,nnI am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident involving a Walmart employee during my visit to Walmart Supercenter #1207, located at 7155 120 St, Delta, BC V4E 2B1, on December 23, 2025, in the morning hours.nnWhile using the self-checkout area, I requested assistance from the attendant to help scan an item. Instead of providing the requested help, the employee repeatedly insisted that I use a Walmart card, despite the fact that we already had one and only wished to pay a small portion of the total using a debit card. When I reiterated my request for assistance, the employee appeared visibly irritated, declined to help, muttered comments in a low voice, and walked away with an unprofessional demeanor.nnThis interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed. I expect courteous, respectful, and helpful service when shopping at Walmart, particularly from staff assigned to assist customers at self-checkout.nnI am a regular Walmart customer, and this experience did not align with the standards of customer service I have come to expect from your organization. I believe this matter should be reviewed and addressed to help prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.nnThank you for your time and attention to this matter. I trust that appropriate steps will be taken.nnSincerely,
