Great service! Went in yesterday afternoon to order two parts. The gentleman at the counter said he would try for tomorrow and seemed genuinely interested in getting the parts there soon. Next day I get a call from Reliable mid morning -- everything is ready for pick up. All parts were brand new, authentic OEM, and sealed. Prices seemed reasonable. To the gentleman complaining about price in his review -- go ahead, order if from the internet and wait 2 weeks for it to arrive, or pay $50 for next day delivery. In this case, The price is the probably the same from Reliable :)

I needed a simple water control valve the weekend before Christmas and got gouged for the part $72 although it goes for under $18 online. When I asked for a better price I was told that they are not online and that's fair enough but considering more than 300% markup while that even the online companies make a profit I can only recommend anybody considering going there to instead shop anywhere somewhere else (online included)! I will never go back there and buy anything else.

Have orded items from there website on two occasions and had issues both times, calling customer service is a joke > not helpful, no information and just not interested.
