I was searching for a florist to send get well flowers to my uncle in Port Moody. Based on the customer reviews, I decided to choose Port Moody Flowers. I sent an email inquiry to them and Ceila replied promptly (even after hours). We had a phone conversation the next day and she was very professional and courteous in finding out what I wanted by suggesting what flowers she just received fresh that day. The whole order process was easy. Ceila also went beyond her way to email me a photo of the flowers before delivery. It was a very nice personal touch! The flowers were gorgeous and I was sure they would brighten up my uncle's day! 😊

The flowers are beautiful, the response time when ordering online is dismal. We missed our target date and time to send a crucial bouquet due to an almost complete lack of response or interest in filling our order.

Port Moody Flowers are always superb, but today Celia really saved my bacon. A really late order, a rush delivery, and impeccable customer service will mean that the anniversary flowers my wife receives will actually have me come up smelling of roses. Thank you Celia, you are a rockstar!!

I phoned Port Moody Flowers for a last minute corsage order and Celia was more than happy to help. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She had it done and ready in 2 hours!! Cant thank her enough!!
