I asked the older lady who is putting the baby clothes in the rack if she could help me get baby formula because I scanned and no one is coming, she said go in the front in cosmetics and get someone and walked away.nWhat’s the point of having this QR code if I have to wait for 10 minutes and walk all over the store to find someone and that someone is not helping mennIn the photo you see baby formula is always full. Ask yourself whynBefore that, I like this Walmart because they did a bit of renovation and it’s nice but now I take the extra 10 minutes and go to the one in Kirkland bigger ,faster ,nicer and when ever I scan a QR code someone is there within two minutes.

I went to return 2 items of clothing this morning, that I had purchased 42 days before my return a birthday present and the « manager Jeannine « told me that all returns need to be done within 30 days. No where is it said on the bill BTW …nI told her politely that I did not know that and will know for next time and maybe she could simply give me a credit instead of a return on my credit card BUT she was very quick to dismiss me . I left very disappointed with the lack of service only to find out that on the website it says you have actually » 90 DAYS «  for a return the items were not on sale so had a 90 day window for sure nThe Walmart in Kirkland were much more helpful with my rightful’ return !!!
I went there to pickup a few things including bandages. While I was walking to the food section I saw a shopping cart full of meat, I thought that was really unusual. A couple of minutes later I walked by it again and it's still full of meat.nnSecond, I get to the cash to pay for my 7 or 8 items, the bandages scan at 4.98$ when I saw on the shelf that it was 4.47$ I think. I told the cashier, she said she can't do anything, the pharmacy and walmart is two different things. Well it's really not, I walked into walmart, not a walmart pharmacy, if you consider it different, it's your problem and on top of that, you're suppose to give me the bandages for free, it's the law. Then she asks someone walking by to go check on the price so I follow that lady because I don't want her to bullshit me and change/remove the price tag. She concurs, it's 4.47$ but some other lady says I can't have it for free because I have to buy it from the pharmacy? I'm like seriously? what are you talking about? She says because I didn't pay for the item at the pharmacies cash, I can't have the item for free? That's really not how the law works.nnSo I asked her, you want me to leave and not buy anything? She said yes. So I left and will NEVER return to any walmart in my life. I'm done with companies breaking the laws with zero accountability.nnPS: It's not the first time prices are wrong when you get to the cash but it was the first time saying anything about it. I usually let it go because I don't have time.
There is a whole liquidation aisle that could be helpful for those in need which I’ve never seen any other store bother to do.
