Great customer service!nVery friendly and helpful staff!nI bought a 51R car battery last June of 2025 for my 2007 Honda Civic but it started giving me problems recently and many times my car wouldn’t want to start but it has a 3 year warranty so I was able to exchange it for a new one. Only issue is I misplaced the receipt but the staff at the customer service centre were very helpful and were able to find it in the computer and print out another copy for me to be able to do the warranty claim.nnIf you buy a new car battery make sure to keep your receipt in a safe place because you may need it in the future! Otherwise it is a long and complicated process for the staff to find it in the system because they have to search from every receipt from the exact date you purchased and the exact amount your bill was.
I asked the older lady who is putting the baby clothes in the rack if she could help me get baby formula because I scanned and no one is coming, she said go in the front in cosmetics and get someone and walked away.nWhat’s the point of having this QR code if I have to wait for 10 minutes and walk all over the store to find someone and that someone is not helping mennIn the photo you see baby formula is always full. Ask yourself whynBefore that, I like this Walmart because they did a bit of renovation and it’s nice but now I take the extra 10 minutes and go to the one in Kirkland bigger ,faster ,nicer and when ever I scan a QR code someone is there within two minutes.

There is a whole liquidation aisle that could be helpful for those in need which I’ve never seen any other store bother to do.
The store in general is great, but JEANINE at the return is so miserable, unhelpful and frankly down right rude. Its not my first time dealing with her and she was just as horrible, demeaning and dismissive as this time. I think I will choose to shop elsewhere because of her attitude.
