Very poor customer service, specially coming from one of the staff, Adriana. The first time I visited the store I thought she was either unhappy with her job or, probably just having a bad day. The second time I was there, she showed even more arrogant, rude and unprofessional behavior. Apart from giving an attitude, she sent my contract to the wrong e-mail address. I asked to be sent again to the right one but, did not received it. I had to call Fido customer service in order to obtain a copy of it. This is just one example of the type of service she provides. I have been with FIDO for many years and this is the first time I have a bad experience with their service. Too bad that her manager seems to excuse her attitude. I definitely, do not recommend this store.
The manager really drive his staff to give best customer experience. All of the employees are very welcoming and helpful! You really feel as though they would do anything to give you the best deal you can get!
I went on Sunday and the person in charge of customer service Adriana had a very bad attitude and does not have the passion for customer service, it hurts because the other people who work are excellent and very friendly
